Why should I get this and not a free account?
We do not attach advertisements to your mail messages or provide information about you to advertisers. This is a paid service and is intended to be fast and hassle-free without the mass amounts of advertising involved with the free services. Plus with free services, you don't get POP3 access. They make you log-in via a website.
Can I use both POP3 and Web email?
Yes you can, we recommend that you use the POP3 option from your home/office where you have a permanent account set-up and use the web email feature for when your on holiday, at a friends house or checking your personal mail from work, this way when you get back you can still download all your messages.
I have a domain name can I use this with your service?
Yes you sure can.
What domain names work with your your service?
All domain names, this includes (but not limited to) .com, .net, .org, .info, .biz, .us, .co.uk, .ca and many, many more.
Can you host the DNS for my domain?
Yes, so you can use our pop box service for your email but keep hosting your domain as normal at your web host provider.
Do you provide SMTP use?
No, you will have to use your current ISP based SMTP servers. However you can make the emails you send look like they come from the email address we provide you with, by changing the reply to address in your email program settings. All ISP's let you download email from any server but in an effort to reduce spam many ISP's will not allow you to use outside SMTP.
